Singapore's Lucky Plaza

No joke, 90 percent of that crowd are all  Filipinos!
The most famous Filipino restaurant in Singapore, "Kabayan"

All Filipinos in Singapore knows were Lucky Plaza is! This mall is the meeting place of some OFW's in Singapore. I went there on a Sunday and OMG, filipinos are all over the place. Its like I am in Manila or Cebu. They said that LP is a place where Pinays meet with Indian or Bangladeshi boyfriends, Its kinda sad though :( Anyway, If you wanna buy some pasalubong, go to LP's basement! You can buy inexpensive but nice "pasalubongs" there :)

The Merlion

The Merlion is Singapore's symbol. It is a mythical creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish. Mer = sea and "lion".

The Merlion in the picture is one of the 5 merlions recognized by Singapore Tourism Board (STB).
It is located at the Merlion Park.

BTW...
Forgive me if the quality of the photos is not that good enough. I took this during my first visit in Singapore last 2008. I don't have a DSLR that time yet :(
